The Singapore Storeroom is a project that does not take funding in any form from any government or commercial entity. We do not do so because we believe in being able to maintain journalistic integrity and editorial neutrality when it comes to putting out the stories we do.

The costs of running such an online museum, while minor compared to that of a traditional museum, can still be a strain on the personal resources of the curators and volunteers.

We spend money when we travel to a place to photograph an artifact, or when we take time off our day jobs to follow up on stories.

As such we appeal to all individuals who have enjoyed the museum to make a contribution to help us keep the museum running.

It can be any amount that you desire. Please note however that we cannot accept your gifts if you are a business or an organization, government body or otherwise.
